RidePal Rentals – Terms & Conditions
1. General
By booking with RidePal Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, services, and add-ons provided.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Renters must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid government-issued ID is required for all rentals.
For vehicle rentals, customers must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
RidePal Rentals reserves the right to deny service if requirements are not met.
3. Reservations & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved channels.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
4. Rental Period
Rental time begins at the scheduled delivery time and ends at the agreed return time.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Extensions must be requested and approved in advance.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available to approved locations including homes, hotels, airports, and event sites.
Customers must be present or provide clear instructions for delivery and pickup.
Items must be returned to the original delivery location unless otherwise arranged.
Additional fees may apply for alternate return locations or areas outside the delivery zone.
6. Use of Equipment
All items must be used safely and for their intended purpose only.
Customers are responsible for proper handling and care of all rented items.
Misuse, negligence, or unsafe operation may result in additional charges or termination of rental.
7. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
Excessive dirt, sand, or cleaning required may result in additional fees.
8. Add-On Services
Add-on services (setup, loading assistance, etc.) must be selected during booking.
Availability of add-ons may vary and is not guaranteed.
Fees for add-ons are non-refundable once service is provided.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made before delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Early returns may be eligible for prorated adjustments depending on the situation.
Cancellation protection (if selected) provides additional flexibility.
10. Liability
RidePal Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment.
Customers assume all risks associated with the use of rental items.
11. Availability & Substitution
All rentals are subject to availability.
RidePal Rentals reserves the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value if necessary.
12. Agreement
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
