Flexible delivery options designed around your schedule. Delivery rates apply within a 25-mile radius of South San Diego, with extended service available up to 40 miles for an additional fee. A $50 minimum order applies.

Best for guests who need precise timing.
Delivery is scheduled at or very close to your selected time, making it ideal for airport arrivals, scheduled events, or travelers with tight travel plans and important schedules.

Standard Delivery
A balanced option for most travelers.
Delivery may arrive within 1 hour before your scheduled time, and pickup may occur within 1 hour after the scheduled time. Perfect for guests who have a little flexibility.

Flex Delivery
Great for guests with a flexible schedule.
Delivery may occur up to 4 hours before your scheduled time, and pickup may happen up to 4 hours after. This option offers the lowest delivery cost while allowing flexible coordination.

Equipment Setup & Load-Out Support
Need help getting everything ready? RidePal offers setup and loading assistance so you can spend more time enjoying your trip and less time figuring out equipment.
Installation and setup of equipment at your delivery location or event, including mounts, racks, inflatables, furniture, and gear. If both the vehicle and mounts are rented from RidePal, they will be delivered pre-installed and ready to use, and breakdown is handled during pickup.
Hands-on help loading equipment and gear into vehicles, boats, or your preferred location, including both rented items and personal equipment. Our team assists with proper placement and handling so everything is ready for your trip or activity.
Plans Can Change!
Cancellation
Protection
Protect your reservation if plans change. With Cancellation Protection, you can cancel before delivery for a full refund or receive a prorated refund if items are returned early. This option is available for a flat fee regardless of the order amount
Without Cancellation Protection, the standard policy applies:
Cancel within 24 hours of booking — Full refund
Cancel up to 24 hours before trip start — 50% refund
Cancel within 24 hours of trip start — Non-refundable

You can place your reservation directly through our website and complete checkout online.
If you have a special request or need help choosing the right items, contact us and we can create a custom quote and reserve your rental for you.
All reservations require a valid photo ID, and renters must be 18 or older.
For vehicle rentals:
You must be 21+
A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required
You can check out online using major credit or debit cards.
We also accept Venmo, Zelle, and ACH bank transfers for direct payments or custom invoices.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we prepare your items for pickup at our storage facility. You’ll receive detailed pickup instructions within 24 hours of your scheduled start time. Depending on the item or your request, pickup can be contactless or assisted by a team member. With our secure system, you can access your items any time—day or night—making your rental as flexible and convenient as possible.
Yes. We offer flexible delivery and return options to fit your schedule. You can choose delivery only, return only, or round-trip delivery and pickup. Each option has its own pricing tier, allowing you to customize your rental experience based on what works best for you.
