We can install racks and mounts rented from us onto your personal vehicle and help safely load bikes, boards, and equipment so everything is properly secured and road-ready. Cancellation Protection
Plans can change — and we understand that. Our optional Cancellation Protection gives added peace of mind for guests who want extra flexibility in case something unexpected comes up. Without protection, reservations follow our standard cancellation policy. With Cancellation Protection added, guests may receive a full refund prior to pickup, providing greater flexibility and confidence when booking. You can place your reservation directly through our website and complete checkout online.

All reservations require a valid photo ID, and renters must be 18 or older.
For vehicle rentals:
You must be 21+
A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required
You can check out online using major credit or debit cards.
We also accept Venmo, Zelle, and ACH bank transfers for direct payments or custom invoices.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we prepare your items for pickup at our storage facility. You’ll receive detailed pickup instructions within 24 hours of your scheduled start time. Depending on the item or your request, pickup can be contactless or assisted by a team member. With our secure system, you can access your items any time—day or night—making your rental as flexible and convenient as possible.
Yes. We offer flexible delivery and return options to fit your schedule. You can choose delivery only, return only, or round-trip delivery and pickup. Each option has its own pricing tier, allowing you to customize your rental experience based on what works best for you.
